Our prime rib is rubbed with a special blend of herbs and spices then slow roasted all afternoon. The rib is served with au jus and horseradish sauce for dipping and your choice of baked, fried or mashed potatoes, fresh grilled veggies, and a choice of our house made clam chowder or garden salad.
